Warranty

Thank you and congratulation on your choice using Bali Shadesail services and purchase the products; Shade sails, Canopies, Awning and Blinds. Each products have different warranty depend on contract agreement which is constitute a bargained for term of purchase, this guarantee apply for products against defects, damage or problem caused by faulty workmanship or materials used, when it used in intended purpose and under normal conditions.

Please be aware that this warranty shall not apply for the force majeure (storms, fire, flood, earthquake, and riot), any damage or abuse occurred by user/client or others after initial installation such as improper operation, improperly repairs or modified product by user/client, use dangerous chemicals and animal acts.

If any warranty claim, we reserve the right to inspect the products to determine the problem and will review based on case per case to handle the claims. The products purchased are not returnable and we do not refund for compensation since all products; shade sails, canopies, awnings, blinds are custom made to match the inquiry which is very specific in design and personal selections, but we will do our best for the solution. To avoid it please ensure and rechecked your order (materials, colors, measurement and design) is correct and match your specification before decide to purchase the products.
