Whilst we will do every effort to ensure that goods sold and/or delivered to you match in every respect any sample or description we may have shown or given or sent to you, minor or immaterial variation or change in color or pattern between the sample or description and the goods delivered shall not entitle you to reject the goods nor to claim any compensation for such variation or change.

• If you willing to go ahead, we will schedule or make any appointment for survey to give and seek necessary information (project planning, showing the sample products, measurement).
• Afterward we make a proper design (for shade sails and awnings project or blinds if necessary) then will send to you along with the quotation.
• Once you approve the design and quotation and wish to proceed with your order/project, we will issue an invoice which is requiring a deposit for your confirmation.
• As soon as the deposit placed we will start to process the order/project, production time depend on the order/project condition. Whilst we shall use our endeavors to meet or even faster than expected date.
• The last process is installing your order/project. All work will be done in a professional manner, carefully with as little interference to operation as possible for the convenience.

Bali Shadesail provides free survey for area covering Denpasar, Nusa Dua, Uluwatu, Jimbaran, Kuta, Seminyak, Canggu, Sanur, Ubud and Tanah Lot, outside mentioned area will be case per case basis.

Please well informed and acknowledge that during the process we may visit the location many times to survey to get precision. Whilst installation will take few hours or days that may includes drilling, excavation, dirty, dusty, use of heavy machinery equipment which raises noisy and inconvenience for occupants, neighbors or even for your clients/guests.

Each products have different warranty depend on contract agreement which is constitute a bargained for term of purchase, this guarantee apply for products against defects, damage or problem caused by faulty workmanship or materials used, when it used in intended purpose and under normal conditions.

Please be aware that this warranty shall not apply for the force majeure (storms, fire, flood, earthquake, and riot), any damage or abuse occurred by user/client or others after initial installation such as improper operation, improperly repairs or modified product by user/client, use dangerous chemicals and animal acts.

If any warranty claim, we reserve the right to inspect the products to determine the problem and will review based on case per case to handle the claims. The products purchased are not returnable and we do not refund for compensation since all products; shade sails, canopies, awnings, blinds are custom made to match the inquiry which is very specific in design and personal selections, but we will do our best for the solution. To avoid it please ensure and rechecked your order (materials, colors, measurement and design) is correct and match your specification before decide to purchase the products.

For every purchased or project deal you can pay and we receive cash or bank transfer to bank account as inform in every invoice issued by Bali Shadesail. Our terms of payment are required a deposit 50% to confirm the order/project and the balance payment can be settled after the order/project finish, and/or should be paid in full within thirty days. Make sure that the payment is “Full Amount Guarantee” all costs may arise in related to the transaction have to be borne by client. Payment is not refundable and no cancellation during the ongoing/production process otherwise stated in separate agreement. All goods remain the property of the Bali Shadesail until the payment paid in full.
